The ability to monitor product and process Quality is vital to the success of the Nova Technologies SeaPort Team. Each Nova team member is either ISO 9001 compliant, pursuing certifications, or is fully certified. Each team member has an established and effective QA System in place to meet customer requirements and expectations.
Nova Technologies will ensure that quality assurance and control remain a top priority. As subcontractors to Nova Technologies, individual team members will be responsible for implementing their standard QA processes and procedures. In addition, Nova corporate and local QA managers will monitor and enforce all QA functions and protocols in support of all SeaPort contracts and projects. Government agencies and customers will be periodically surveyed as to job satisfaction, Team performance, and the quality of products and services delivered. When QA issues arise, the overseeing Nova Technologies QA Program will resolve and execute the proper actions quickly and effectively in order to satisfy all customer requirements. QA issues will also be addressed at the Nova Technologies SeaPort team Integrated Products team quarterly meetings. Appropriate actions and resolutions will be provided to our customers to ensure mutually acceptable results. Each task order will be governed by a QA Plan, which clearly identifies each QA element of the deliverable.
