Incremental Process Improvement and CMMI Support
Nova Technologies is committed to continuous Process Improvement (PI) based on a comprehensive set of management, engineering, and support processes that we follow in our development projects. Our Process Asset Library contains our detailed process set aligned to the Carnegie Mellon University Software Engineering Institutes’ Capability Maturity Model Integration℠ (CMMI®) for Development (CMMI-DEV) for Level III. These processes cover the full spectrum of management, engineering, and support – along with processes describing how we keep the processes themselves current through continuous process improvement activities.
