NOVA Technologies Successfully Completes Air Force Audit Agency Review for C-130J MATS Program

Little Rock Air Force Base, AR — NOVA Technologies today announced the flawless completion of a rigorous, enterprise-level audit conducted by the Air Force Audit Agency (AFAA) in support of the C-130J Maintenance and Aircrew Training System (MATS) program at Little Rock Air Force Base.

This high-visibility audit, requiring extensive coordination, documentation, and operational transparency by NOVA, examined the full spectrum of C-130J asset accountability, control frameworks, and 100% program compliance audit governing mission-critical resources. The AFAA performed a multi-day evaluation of high-value assets totaling more than $305 million, scrutinizing equipment records, lifecycle management practices, and internal oversight mechanisms against stringent Air Force standards.

The result: zero findings.

Achieving a no-findings outcome in an audit of this magnitude represents a rare and distinguished benchmark of performance. It validates that NOVA Technologies operates at the highest level of precision, discipline, and accountability, with asset management systems and internal controls that not only meet but consistently exceed DoW expectations.

“This result is a testament to the professionalism and diligence of our team,” said Chuck Cash, SVP, C-130J MATS Program Manager. “Their preparation, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way, every day, was key to this success.”

Preparation for the audit included a thorough internal review of assets and documentation to ensure accuracy and readiness. Throughout the audit process, NOVA personnel worked closely with auditors, providing transparency, responsiveness, and subject matter expertise.

Successfully completing this review reinforces NOVA Technologies’ reputation as a trusted partner in supporting critical Air Force training programs and maintaining the highest standards of accountability and performance. In an environment where audit scrutiny is both intensive and unforgiving, NOVA’s performance sets a clear standard for compliance integrity, program execution, and mission assurance.
